Gary M. Rautenstrauch is SirsiDynix's chief executive officer, responsible for all SirsiDynix corporate functions - finance, administration, international, product development, operations, sales, and marketing. Gary has more than 30 years of corporate experience, including 25+ years with vendors developing products and services for the worldwide library community. He has held several key management positions at Baker & Taylor, including chief information officer, vice president of operations, and chief executive officer. He also previously served as chief executive officer for Blackwell's Book Services. He holds an MBA from New York University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Miami in Florida.

Matthew J. Hawkins is SirsiDynix’s chief operating officer (COO) and is responsible for the company’s Client Care, Implementation, and Consulting & Education organizations. Matt brings varied experience to SirsiDynix from a range of high-level operational roles, including most recently the role of vice president and general manager of Henry Schein Practice Solutions, a Utah-based provider of healthcare software, equipment, and value-added services. Prior to joining Henry Schein, Matt served as a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Co. in Dallas; as a project manager for Tenfold Corp., a software firm in Salt Lake City; and as a financial analyst for Electronic Data Systems in Chicago, Dallas, and Tokyo. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
Talin R. Bingham is SirsiDynix's chief technology officer, leading the company's worldwide research and development efforts. Talin has more than 20 years of software engineering experience, including 10 years at the management level for a range of product development organizations. Most recently, he has served as a consultant in developing complex software systems and applications and as vice president of development for Verticore Technologies. Talin also has worked for Cimetrix Inc., Century Software, Wasatch Interactive Learning, Unisys Corp., and Boeing Corp. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Griffin College in Bellevue, Wash.
Stephen Abram, a leading international librarian and lighthouse thinker in the North American library community, leverages his extensive experience in library technology and trend forecasting, new product conceptualization, and market development to ensure that SirsiDynix products and services continue to be the most innovative in the library market and meet the needs of library directors, library staff members, and library users. Working closely with other members of the SirsiDynix management team, Abram works on strategic projects in all areas to advance SirsiDynix's vision. Abram has more than 25 years in libraries as a practicing librarian and in the information industry. His most recent role was as vice president of corporate development for Micromedia ProQuest. Abram's other roles include publisher for Thomson Carswell and director of Information Resources for the Hay Group. He is a frequent keynote speaker on issues that affect libraries, their communities, and librarians. In addition, Abram was named by Library Journal in 2002 as one of the key people who are influencing the future of libraries and librarianship. He is the past president of the Canadian Library Association and was president of the Ontario Library Association in 2002. He has also served on the international board of directors of the Special Libraries Association. Abram is a Fellow of SLA; and, in June 2003, he was awarded SLA's highest honor, the John Cotton Dana Award. In 2001, Abram was presented with the University of Toronto's Faculty of Information Studies Jubilee Award.
Keith Sturges is SirsiDynix’s chief sales and marketing officer, responsible for all sales and marketing activities worldwide. Sturges previously held the position of President, SirsiDynix International. He has more than 20 years of global business experience with software and services companies. Sturges has led numerous organizations to success, including Misys Healthcare, where he was business unit chief executive officer and corporate chief marketing officer. He was also senior vice president of sales and marketing for two successful start-up companies, as well as vice president of Oracle's Advanced Services division. Keith holds a master's of business administration and computer science from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.
