Gary M. Rautenstrauch is SirsiDynix's chief executive officer, responsible for all SirsiDynix corporate functions - finance, administration, international, product development, operations, sales, and marketing. Gary has more than 30 years of corporate experience, including 25+ years with vendors developing products and services for the worldwide library community. He has held several key management positions at Baker & Taylor, including chief information officer, vice president of operations, and chief executive officer. He also previously served as chief executive officer for Blackwell's Book Services. He holds an MBA from New York University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Miami in Florida.

Matthew J. Hawkins is SirsiDynix’s chief operating officer (COO) and is responsible for the company's Sales and Marketing, Implementations and Client Care organizations. Matt brings varied experience to SirsiDynix from high-level sales and operational roles, including most recently the role of vice president and general manager of Henry Schein Practice Solutions, a Utah-based provider of healthcare software, equipment, and value-added services. Prior to joining Henry Schein, Matt served as a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Co. in Dallas; as a project manager for Tenfold Corp., a software firm in Salt Lake City; and as a financial analyst for Electronic Data Systems in Chicago, Dallas, and Tokyo. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.

John Gardiner joined SirsiDynix in 2008, initially tasked with developing and executing the company's long-term strategy as its chief strategy officer, and was appointed to the position of chief financial officer in September 2009. John is responsible for strategic planning as well as the financial, legal, human resource and facilities operations for SirsiDynix worldwide. He leads SirsiDynix's strategic growth to ensure SirsiDynix remains the global leader in library technology solutions. John's expertise is felt in sales and marketing initiatives, product planning and operational performance improvement. He has worked in software technology for over 10 years, focusing on enterprise software growth companies, where he has lead successful initiatives in corporate strategy, finance, operations, and designing new customer-friendly product bundles and volume licensing programs. John has served as a chief financial officer and finance executive for other software companies such as Citrix Systems, where he has focused on making it easier to do business and improving the customer experience. John, a Certified Public Accountant, earned both his masters and bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Florida, where he graduated with high honors.
Talin R. Bingham is SirsiDynix's chief technology officer, leading the company's worldwide research and development efforts. Talin has more than 20 years of software engineering experience, including 10 years at the management level for a range of product development organizations. Most recently, he has served as a consultant in developing complex software systems and applications and as vice president of development for Verticore Technologies. Talin also has worked for Cimetrix Inc., Century Software, Wasatch Interactive Learning, Unisys Corp., and Boeing Corp. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Griffin College in Bellevue, Wash.
