HUNTSVILLE, Ala.—November 3, 2005—SirsiDynix announced today that the Joint Theological Library in Victoria, Australia, recently implemented the SirsiDynix Horizon Library Management System. The library installed Horizon on a Linux server.
“We’re looking forward to the improved functionality we’ll gain with SirsiDynix Horizon,” said Stephen Connelly, librarian at the Joint Theological Library. “Finding items by series will be easier, and we will be able to start putting reserve lists into the Horizon Information Portal.”
With over 600 active users, the library circulates about 12,000 items per year. Its collection contains over 150,000 volumes.
