This will take a few minutes of your time. To view this demo, you will need a computer with speakers or headphones to hear the audio. Then, just follow the steps below to view the WebEx Webconference demo:

• Install the webconference viewer by clicking the appropriate link below.
  • Download Archive Viewer for Windows
  • Download Archive Viewer for Mac OS X
  • Download Archive Viewer for Mac OS 9
• Note: If you are given a choice between opening or saving the file, choose "Open". The viewer will be downloaded to your computer. This will take about a minute over a high-speed Internet connection. Once downloaded, the files will extract themselves and install the viewer in the appropriate Internet browser(s). You will see a dialog box that tells you in which browser(s) the viewer was loaded. Press "OK" to continue. Decide whether or not you would like a shortcut to the viewer to be created on your desktop. Press "Finish" when prompted. The viewer has been successfully installed.
• Click to download the demo to your computer
• Save the file to your computer's desktop. Double-click on the file to view the demo. Use the viewer controls to pause, play, stop, and jump to a specific point in the archive. You may need to drag the demo viewer to the bottom of the screen in order to see the entire window.
