The SirsiDynix Support Center (SDSC) is one of them.
Many of the improvements you see in the SDSC come as results of customer suggestions.
Phone Numbers on Case Display
On August 9, Ginger used the SDSC feedback tool to say, "I would love to see the phone extension for the case owner listed within the case on the SDSC!"
Based on Ginger's request, we added the case owner's phone to the Case display screen to make it easier for you to contact us when needed:

Downloads Tab
On August 2, in a user group meeting, Sean said he would love to see a downloads tab that makes it super easy to get a list of all packages available for download.
We took Sean's advice, and improved the Patches tab so it now includes a list of products you can use to easily get find all packages available for download:

Sub-Tabs
A few of our good ideas even come from in-house. While looking for ways to better organize information on SDSC pages, our Webmaster, Sam, decided it is now time to implement sub-tabs to better organized the growing amount of content and tools being added to the SDSC.
You can now find these sub-tabs on the Downloads/Patches (above), Training, E-mail Lists, and User Groups tabs. Don't be surprised when you find sub-tabs showing up in other places as well.
