Founded in 2025, the library system is already driving big change for their community. In 2024, they transitioned library operations from the Orange County Public Library (OCPL) system. Now, they’re delivering a more personalized, locally focused approach to library services at two City-run branches, both of which opened in August 2025. Plans for future expansion, including the debut of a third branch early this year, are close on the horizon.
For the new system, which is committed to ensuring equitable access to resources and creating dynamic spaces that foster civic engagement, an ILS that could support their rapidly growing population of 300,000+—and evolve alongside them—was paramount.
