After implementation services, comprehensive training and consulting of over 250 library staff, LINCC went live with the SirsiDynix flagship system on July 30th.

LINCC (Libraries in Clackamas County) is a system of 10 independent city libraries and one county library that cooperate together to share a centralized SirsiDynix Symphony system with a single patron and bibliographic database. LINCC’s 11 libraries are located in 13 physical buildings throughout Clackamas County (located in the greater Portland metropolitan area) and serve a population of 362,000 with a total annual circulation of 6.5 million items from a shared database of 1.3 million item records. Symphony is LINCC’s fourth integrated library system since 1983, so they are quite experienced with the migration process, implementing over the years Ulisys, Inlex, Dynix Classic, and now Symphony.

LINCC is a consortium made up of the libraries from the following ten cities: Canby, Estscada, Gladstone, Lake Oswego, Molalla, Milwaukie, Oregon City, Sandy (including a branch in Hoodland), West Linn and Wilsonville and the Clackamas County Library which includes branches in Oak Lodge and Clackamas Corner.
