This framework is for the provision of software application solutions, and has been designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations, including Local Authorities, Education, Housing, Charities, Central Government, Emergency Service, and NHS Establishments. The framework’s simplified lot structure allows for purchase based on solutions and outcomes. The framework includes direct award and the option to carry out further competition.

Lot 7 is for the provision of software and systems to manage and automate a library environment of any size and includes all applications, services, and hosting requirements.
