Rodriguez brings more than 20 years of experience at Baker and Taylor, where he most recently served as the customer success manager for SaaS and digital products, to SirsiDynix. A former account and sales manager, sales consultant, and high school teacher, Rodriguez has a demonstrated history of leveraging exceptional customer service and vast institutional knowledge to boost product adoption and renewal.
As CloudSource’s executive account manager, Rodriguez will continue deepening his commitment to delivering high-quality resources to libraries and their communities. While overseeing the Central region, comprised of Texas, Louisiana, Illinois, Arkansas, Missouri, Indiana, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Rodriguez will work to expand the reach of the premier content and discovery services platform and the millions of resources it has to offer. He will identify prospective customers, encourage product adoption, and facilitate customer feedback.
Rodriguez’s appointment is the latest in a series of exciting developments for CloudSource.
